✨ Raven’s Journey to Becoming an Executive Assistant Through a Staffing Agency

At one point, I was actively searching for a job. A family member had recently been hired through a staffing agency and informed me that the agency had several roles available. She referred me to the agency, and they suggested a position that matched my skills and experience.

📝 I went through two interviews with the staffing agency and completed various assessments to evaluate my personality, skills, understanding, and work style. The agency determined that I would be an excellent fit for an Executive Assistant role they were trying to fill.

👥 Next, I interviewed with the CEO and COO of the company needing support. The COO, who required the assistant, recognized my ability to exceed expectations for the position. He also appreciated my passion, goals, and background. As a result, I was offered the position.

💼 In this role, I was employed by the staffing agency rather than the company needing assistance. The company paid the staffing agency, which then took a cut and paid me. This arrangement gave me the advantage of being among the first to learn about new job opportunities with different clients.
